Of particular interest to amature and professional historians, the provincial archives are housed on the UNB campus in Fredericton. The archives open for research.
"School Days" Museum is located in the Justice Building ANNEX in the Historic Garrison District of downtown Fredericton. Enter the ANNEX East entrance off Queen Street, facing NB College of Craft and Design. The museum contains a vast collection of educational artifacts, materials, books and furniture dating back to the mid 19th century.
Delve into New Brunswick's world of athletics at this hall of fame. The permanent exhibits spotlight many sports including horse racing, basketball and hockey. The galleries are open year round.
This museum is part of the Historical Garrison District. It was built by the Royal Corps of Engineers, and served as the Officers’ Quarters. It is open all summer, and by appointment in the winter.
